Del Martin Scam Artist telemarketers take your money via wire transfer, never schedule 1 appt, and will not refund my money, which is per signed contract, and many phone calls!

I was looking for a telemarketing company to schedule Storm Damage appts. I spoke with several companies, but Del Martin sold me on his company. I purchased 15 appts which cost me $ 1,050.00. We had a contract which stated if his company could not schedule calls I would be refunded. He sold me on the fact that he would replace your appointment if the client simply had no storm damage. This was the difference between the other companies I talked to. They only replaced an appt is the client was unresponsive, or said they never made an appt, etc. I wired him the money and week after week, Del Martin made excuses of why they could not schedule 1 appt! I gave them about 6 weeks, although they claimed all the appts would be made within the first week.
Del Martin said it was a tough market and they could not schedule one appt, he offered to refund the full amount. To be fair the contract stated I would be responsible for purchasing the calling list, which was non-refundable. Which I was happy to deduct. He came up with the lamest excuses, first it was they mailed it on accident, instead of sending it overnight. Then the check was returned because they did not put the correct address on the envelope. Then he would overnight it the next day. Finally he just stopped taking calls.
Do not use www.leadsolutions.net, or work with del martin.
