Had seen debits and credits for a total of. 05 on my checking account. I was establishing my bank account with Paypal at the same time so I thought it was them. I checked my checking account online and noticed my balance was in the negative by 55 dollars. I saw a debit for 30 dollars which put my account in the negative thus generating a NSF charge from my bank. I called the phone number listed for this company and demanded that they return my money. The first lady I spoke to refused to give me a refund. I initiated fraud charges with my bank. I called the company back and after yelling and screaming and cussing and telling the lady that the only way to satisfy me was to refund my 30 dollars. I was given a refund code and no time frame for the return of my money.
