Took 140 dollars for a 5 dollars fee I never incured this people are theiefs stay away form sun trust - obinna robbotbassy16@yahoo.com

This is the biggest fraud of the history for mankind this bank called suntrust charged me an extended fee of 36 dollars times 5. After i opted from the over draft protection and opted that my account go negative if i dont have money in it. Which means if i dont have money in my account and i try to purchase some thing the card would decline. I was decieved that option have been applied to my account only for me to get paid and 140 dollars was taking out my account. First when i called the lady who picked up was so rude. And was questioning me she wont let me explain my case but kept talking over me this is the only bank where u get charged 36 dollars fee for 25 cents the funny thing is that they charge this fees and they dont pay for the supposely item shame on u suntrust after all this years with u to treat me this way. This goats wont even offer to refund me part of that fees back bank of america would not only pay for the items but u have days to put in money into ur account. My account was realy negative since i wored for lenovo and used the account as my direct deposit account when i went to the bank no time did any one of the accountants say well i am sorry mr frank but do u mind we charge u only for one of the fees and give u a refund guys ladies mothers fathers if you are looking for a good bank go to fifth third bank or bank of america or credit union or even capital one dont go to suntrust the y are thiefs after 4 to 5 pm u cant get any one on the phone shame on this guys i closed my account two days ago and went to fifth third bank shamless assholes
