I requested an item that obviously suggested that it had been IN-STOCK. After buying, I had been educated that it had been back-ordered. I believed to the 'customer support' repetition when I really couldnot obtain it before Holiday then I needed to stop my purchase.

Two days before I obtained a contact that my purchase have been delivered! Following a total insufficient reaction to a contact along with a voice-mail, the organization ultimately answered after I completed the 'contact us' type on the site. They've explained when I do want to return this purchase they'll cost me delivery expenses (on an 85lb product!) along with a 25% restocking charge (~$60).

I clearly recognized this purchase was terminated. Customer support continues to be of no aid; all-they did was e-mail me a the 'results' site on the site.

Maybe the corporation is very good to cope with whenever a easy deal experiences, but the moment you really require customer support, any actual aid is out the screen. Purchase at your personal risk.
