Received a call from someone claiming to be a dell computer tech. Stating my pc was going to crash. He new somehow what kind and model of pc i had. He then stated there would be a charge of 200.00 then reduced the amount to 150.00 he then asked for 100.00 for? And he then asked for 50.00 i refused to pay and they called back about 4 times stating again they were calling on behalf of dell stating all the same info i finally relented and paid them via visa 199.00. Several days later they called back and said they wanted another 100. Oo so the could initiate the protection of my computer, and i refused to pay them any more money. Again several i get another call from dell stating all the crap they had stated before. (i should have called dell) they agreed to refund 299.00 to visa and surprise i get a credit. Again several days later i get another call from dell but it was from a different person. I finally agreed and they told me to pay thru western union. So i filled out all the forms etc. And after completion of that i had to western union, that took about and hour. To-day i received my statement and found 2 charges of 478.00. Called visa no help told to call western union so i did and was informed that one charge of 478.00 had be credited back. Of course i forgot to ask when and if there was any confirmation

Called visa again to see if there had been c credit of 478.00 showing since last statement date and was advised not yet. Oh what a fool i am older but sure not wiser
