Checked my account and found that I had a $30.00 ach charge, plus $. 01 here and $. 02 there, which created a NSF fee of $68.00. I did call the number (888 467-4349) and the person that I spoke to was Indian from India, he was NOT going to credit my account the $30.00 because he said I completed an application, which I did not. I asked for a supervisor and he put me on hold for about 5 minutes, then someone else came on and I explained that I will have the Bank return the item if they do not credit back the $30.00, they said they would but have not seen that credit as of yet.
