Ripoff, dishonest, frudulant billing Found this out after my second phone call

Ordered free sample of suvaril. Charged on credit card for shipping at a cost of $4.50. That was fine. Three weeks later I was charged $70.00 on same credit card and sent a 3 months supply of the same pills.

I did not authorize that order order so I and called them and spoke to a supervisor who assured me I would see a refund/credit to my account of that $70.00 within 10-14 days. Checked my statement after 16 days. No credit had been issued. Called again and was told that the supervisor woked on the day shift and no one else could help me. I would have to call again. I called the following day and was told that supervisor worked the night shift.

I spoke to another supervisor who assured me that it had been noted on my account that I was to be issued a credit in the amount of $70.00 and could not understand why it had not been processed.

He assured me that he would make sure the credit to my account would be posted no later than 5 working days from that time. It has now been 2 weeks and still no credit.

I have all names of personnel who I spoke to. I will now go to my bank and try to get my money credited and file fradulant charges against the company.

Also trying to get someone to speak to... First time holding for 40 minutes, asked for a direct number in case I didn't see my credit, given only an extension which could not be dialed directly.

Found this out after my second phone call where I waited another 45 minutes before getting a "Live" person to transfer me to a supervisor again.
