He had hired me as a surro mom and we had a contract, and it specifically said we were to be working with just each other, and he was working with another surro mom closer to him, and doing Home Insemination with her while he was suppose to be paying the clinic, he had me tell the clinic that he was my husband because of a failed adoption him and his wife had had, where they gave back the kid, and he was afraid the clinic wouldnt work with him if they knew i was to be a srro for him. He paid for my 5 hour trip to the clinic and the bills my insurance didnt pay and in the middle of taking the medication he went crazy on me demanding me to promise to gurantee him a baby! And if i couldnt do that then he wanted out cause he had another surro willing to do HOME INSIMINATION and he didnt want to fork out all that money with no gurantee! So he feel like i owe him the medication money back but he violated the contract, not me, and i wasnt even charging him like all the other surros i was doing it for 6000.00!! Total. This man created such a chaotic comotion that the clinic wouldnt even work with us and refunded his money, but he feels like he should get the money back for the medication i was already TAKING!!!
