{ohio} lorain county free clinic wont help the needie if they went to another doctor first

I am a 42 year old female and im haveing some female organ problems and i need surgery i dont have health insurence so i went to a clinic in lorain ohio that you pay 15.00 to see a doctor and all they do is tell you what is wrong with you and if you need surgery you have to pay for the doctor to do the surgery and the hospital bill well i have no money i have no insurence but i need surgery so i was told if i go to the lorain county free clinic they could help me and i wouldnt be charged for anything since i have no income or insurence. So i called the clinic to make a appointment well befor you get a appointment they send you all these papers you fill out and then you wait for a week and you call them back so i waited and then i called them back i was talking to a women that was realy nasty to me and was telling me since i already went to the first place for help thats where i was to go for help. I tryed to explain to this women that they cant do anything for me unless i pay them a thousand dollars up front and if i had that much money i wouldnt be asking for help from a free clinic but i need there help i have some non cancer cells and if i dont get them out they will become cancer and here iam begging this women to help me and all she says since you went to the other clinic thats where you go to get your help and then she hung up on me. So see when you are poor you get treated poor even at a free clinic..
