Billed $255 over original estimated price-none caring clinic Ripoff

On 02/12/07 I took my cat to the Cat Care Clinic which was referred to my by one of my clients. My cat needed surgery on his ear to repair a hematoma. When I brought my cat to the clinic and we decided on the surgery the estimated price I was given was $486.24. The next day when I picked up my cat the final cost was $741.65. All of a sudden there were all these misc fees that were added to the bill. I understand the estimated price was just that an estimate, however I never would expect there to be a 250 difference without receiving a phone call from the clinic letting me know because of the misc fees the bill would be higher.

I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. The Vet was very unprofessional and really made you feel like a paycheck and not a patient.
