I have a PayPal C/D Card which is connected to my Bank account. I was suprised seing some unknown charges of $97.97 on my bank statement on November 04. I contacted PayPal, they deactivated my card immediately, but again after 3 days, the same amount was charged to the card and gone through my bank. This is nothing else but robbery, criminal act of some idiots somewhere in the world or perhaps even here, in the USA. This and such companies should be put on black list visible to every credit card or bank company.
