No County Inspection or Occupancy Permit!

This landlord hasn't had this property inspected. The leach field is draining under the house which creates moisture, mold and who knows? The inspectors found the electrical in the house is illegal and never was inspected which was the cause of high electric bills he supposedly didn't know anything about or why? Haven't received test results on the water yet.
