I, too, attempted to cancel online after mistakenly starting an order BUT not completing it. I tried to cancel via the phone&was, of course, told that they had been shipped out. The next day I called, spoke to a man named Neil. He told me to try them, that if I didn't like them he would give me a reduction of $25.50. I was unable to use my card as I had cancelled it, so he said they would "cut me a check... We shall see! I am going to call him&tell him about these complaints&ask when should I expect my money. I'll report back... The quality is poor, no support, better as a sleep bra, if even that. What a bunch of gangstahs!!!
