5 times now I called just fab as my order was pending for over a week and then when I finally got through the lady stated oh I will cancel this order and do a new order which she did and it showed the old order was cancelled. Then yesterday I see the cancelled order pending again. I call back again and they say the same thing so sorry and I will cancel it now which it showed it was. Now today it shows the cancelled order was not only pending but shipped so now I have four of the same boots coming and charged twice on my credit card. I have never had a company act this way before. Two of the same order on my account and three times after being cancelled it now says being shipped for same boots twice. I just called and spoke to a guy named Brandon and he says oh it is in a shipping area your orders but I cannot change anything so when you get the boots shipped them back and will will give you the money back. I live in Canada and honestly tired of calling this company and being treated like nothing.
