Silestone Countertop Installed Wrong After 3 Months, $11,000

It took 3 months, after I fully charged $11,000.00 to my credit card, for them to install my Silestone incorrectly. Home Depot's expediter did not return calls she said she would. Their contractor measured incorrectly. Their fabricator missed dates by several weeks.
After I reviewed their incorrect drawings with them in writing, Stone Systems still made the countertop incorrectly. This was the single most frustrating installation project I have ever experienced.
