I started working with this company on 6/30 with a woman named Lisa Estep (now Marie) and she assured me great service and help with my nonprofit organization. After numerous emails of the service they will provide and what they can do and assured me that they have been getting bad publicity by sending me a certified letter. I took there word and decided to conduct business with them. Then on 7/18 I received a welcome package from a Misty Lee. On 8/9 i received a business plan from Kris Shank. On 9/28 i reached out to all of these people asking to get the updates i was promised. I got an email stating that customer service would be contacting me and I have been trying to get in contact with them ever since. I have all of the emails that have been sent back and fourth.
