Did not provide service they promised and have not given me refund. Will not respond to my phone calls or certified mail

I signed up for an options course and was assured the instructor would be an accomplished options trader.in fact the instructor was no such thing. I refused the instructor and no one has contacted from this company nor have they responded to my certified leteer or my phone calls. I have been assured repeatedly that the manager (Lisa) of the customer service department is working on my case and will call me about it. She has never called when I have been told she will. The company has taken 6182.08 of my money and I have never started the program. It appears they have no intention of returning my money.
