Value Plus Direct withdraw money out of my checking account w/o my consent

Looking at my checking account I noticed there was a $24.95 charge that was on my statement monthly. I had no Idea what it was for so I called the 800# that acompanied it. It was some coupon company out of Hopkins Minnasota.

I told them I have no paperwork athorizing them to withdraw money out of my account and would like to get a refund. Come to find out this had been going on for more than 7 months. They said they would send me a refund form. What I recieved was a form to request a refund form. It took them 7 days to send me this form. I have mailed back their form requesting a refund form, Which will propably take another 7 day.in the mean time they have money of mine and from what I a reading a lot of other people.

You know times are hard, and there is no one out there to stop the abomination. Unfortunatly it is going to take individuals to go postal to make things happen, I hope it doesnt resort to that. What has happened. I am discussed. I guess I will never see my money. I wish some one would help me and other to get this resolved.
