Buyers Union
They ripped me off, they used my account without me knowing anything, ripoff

It was April 21 when i notice a withdraw from my account... So I then called my bank where they gave me a # to call... I called and somehow found out that something called Buyers Union had somehow gotten permission to use my account.

Now the account is under my name only and somehow my little brother got ahold of a check i had given to my dad and gave them the number. So i called and told them that it was my account and i didnt care if my brother gave them permission because that account was under my name only and i wanted my 119.90 back... They told me that they couldnt refund money electronically they way they took it out. They said that they would send me a refund form that i would have to fill out and send back which i did and it says exactly like this "please allow 14 days to process your refund upon our receipt of this form" which i did and i still havent seen my money. I am so upset and want to sue but i have no idea how to go about it... So someone please help me. I want to sue them for as much as i can. I know i can sue them because it says on the form clearly "i have not taken any other steps to secure a refund at this time, and I will not do so in the future if i receive any refund" I havent received them so i want to take other steps now.
