Refusing refund for service (selling Motorcycle) Saying past time for refund. My never receiving "Refund Form"they said was sent to me. I called today 9/25 & was told Management would not refund my money because I did not return form for refund. I was told they mailed me a refund form in May. I explained I never received form and was basicly called a liar. American Systems phone number-866-326-0809. They are not honorable in any stretch of the imagination. I appreciate any help in obtaining the money I was scammed out of.
