I tried to cancel several times and they wouldn't. They claimed I agreed to a two year contract which I never did. Their service is terrible and they are a complete rip off. Do NOT give them your credit card number or they will charge you. They lie about the speeds you will get. It is terrible that companies can get away with this robbery. Write you congressman and everyone else. Better business bureau etc. These guys are thieves.
