Bought tickets to a concert (A seating) back in May. I am still waiting for the tickets to arrive and the concert is in two days. I have repeatedly called them - and I am told the same story every time. So sorry - tickets haven't been released as yet. They will be sent to you before the concert - by registered mail blah blah blah. I am now seeking damages via Visa as I paid via CC. However DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM - they are scalpers of the first degree - they will let you down.
