Doubled dipped on payments turned me into a credit center pd them off then bmg had me repay for the item again saying it wasnt pd for yet i have the proof

I pulled up my credit report and found that bmg claimed i didnt pay them. I found my check that paid them through a credit reporting service. I called them to verify that it was paid in full and they said yes. I called bmg to find out why they claim i owe 32.08 and they said i did. Well stupid me repaid them. The next day i called again to try to fix the problem and was told &too bad for me. All i want is my 32.08 back that i already pd once.
