Sprint & Calvalry Portfolio ripoff fraud

I recieved a credit report in 02 with a collection filed from sprint sold to calvalry portfolio. Yhe problem with this is i have never had sprint pcs service.

They claim that i owe almost $300. I didnt know better then so i paid it to get it off my credit report. A year later it was back on there. I called and got the run around for some time but managed to get them to retract it from my credit statement.

I went to get financing for a car loan recently and there it was again. I called and waited and waited. They refuse to remove it this time. They claimed that if i couldnt prove i payed the bill then i would just have to pay it again. It wasnt my bill in the first place.
