I finance my Van, with this company, and they claimed after paying all 33 payments from April through Dec that I failed to make the last payment. When I sent them proof, they claimed that I still owe them. Then they claimed they got NSF Check, I never wrote Checks. They have automatically withdrawal from my account, from April through December. Then I mailed in payments that were cashier checks, after November I sent money orders and I mailed them the copies of the one they claimed was missing. After reasing their report all 33 payments were made with an extra payment Jan. They didnt even contact me about any thing I only called because I didnt get my title. Now, they have placed the balance they claim still due $264 on my credit derogatory filing against my credit affected my points to damage my credit history. I want my title and punitive damages for falsely reporting this information on my credit, and I want it removed immediately. I have copies I will attach to this file.
