Home Depot was liquiddating lawn aerators (Bluebird). I offered to purchase one.
Some sales associate researched the Company inventory and sent me to the stores that had these items in stock for sale. Some sales person would not allow my purchase unless the Manager approved it. Asked for the manager and he is not in, check back I was told. I did this from store to store. Finally, I was able to get use of one at a cascade store in the Atlanta, Ga. Area. This time I offered to purchase the machine and the sales associate encouraged me to take it out on a rental so if the machine was not reliable I wouldnot be stuck with it and if I wanted to proceed with the purchase the rental fee would be waived and I could purchase this item at the day price, 11/02 I picked the item up. The price was $680.00. I went back to the store to complete the purchase and no one could do anything. On 11/03,11/04. They promised to call every manager and anyone that could help me. No one responded to any call they said they made. I spent hours and three trips on this matter.
