I won an auction on october 03 and have not recieved the blue ray dvd player that I won. They have made every excuse possible of why the item has not shipped. I also have tried to cancle my account with them but, they still haven't done that either. I have not recieved my bank statements yet to see if they have taken anymore money from my account. They also, do not tell you the item is refurbished until after you win however, when bidding it looks like it would be retail for a new one not a refurbished one.
