I won an auction on for 10 cents.com in July and still have not recieved the item. I have contacted the owners of the website and they state that the item will be shipped very soon, obviously that has not happened.

This company recieved an F from the BBB. The continue their scam today every review you read is negative and basically states the same thing "Non Delivery". There many other types of complaints againist these people. I would very much like to see them shut down they are criminals and need to be stopped.
