Bait and Switch, selling me a new item, sending a refurbished one

Miscellaneous

Stay away from this company. I have never had a problem with a company online before this. I usually am VERY careful whom i purchase from. I ordered a new linksys wrt600n wireless router. Well it was 152.00 on sale. This was one of the lowest prices i could find on a NEW router. When it was sent, behold my refurbished model. I am the type of person that would NEVER buy any used, refurbished item, period. I carefully look at the items im buying 20x at least.
I called geeks and advised them of my refurbished model and asked them for a refund. Well, now there is a 15% restocking charge. So i would be out the 11.00 shipping to me, then the 22.80 restocking charge, and another 11.00 shipping to return the item. So if i wanted to get what i ordered, id have to lose 44.80.

Now, i am going to keep this item because i refuse to waste 44.80, so they got me once. I will never shop there again, and im sure this has happened to others. Ohhh and by the way, the item isnt listed online anymore heh. Nice scam.
