Heater Core Replacement

I have to spend $850.00 to change out a leaking heater core that cost $50.00.
I have a 1997 expedition and this is just awful.
I hope the engineers and the management that approved this design of buried under the dash position, where you remove interior trim, the dash, the steering, ect., ect., ect., are not working a Ford anymore.
