Ripoff, broke my dashboard, lied about it

I paid for Fadalla's to repair my a/c in my truck. They replaced my evaporator core, which required that they remove the dash assembly in my truck.

Now my dash has two huge cracks in it. I went back to them and they said it was already cracked.

They told me that it is standard practice to notify the customer that the dash is cracked prior to doing the work, so that they are covered. However, they did not tell me, nor did they mark that on the bill/receipt. They did not tell me that the dash was cracked, because it was not cracked.

My dash was in excellent condition prior to them doing the work. They broke the dash while repairing my a/c. They removed the dash to do the repairs, now my dash has two huge cracks in it. If they had really noted cracks prior to the a/c repair, they would have told me so.

I have spoken to the owner, Vince Fadalla, and he will not remedy the situation. A new dash is over $1,000.
