They have lied to me for7 months, no vest or money. Credit card, since Oct. 2010

Western by design took $437.00 from my credit card, since Oct. have refused sent back my money, or the vest, they keep telling the vest is in the mail, or the mo ney is being refunded, i will never buy anything from them again. They have lied to me continually.
