New Company - New Customer Service - Vest & Delivery there of

As opposed to the previous post I had a completely different experience. I ordered a vest and needed it overnighted. I paid the additional and had hoped the vest would arrive before I had to leave the next day on a brief vacation.

When the vest did not arrive by 2 pm I called the company. They tracked the package down and requested it to be delivered immediately. The company kept me informed with all the necessary data and went above and beyond anything I had expected.

I entered the transaction with caution and was incredibly rewarded. My vest is awesome!!!
