Davide with the help of partner Arror, whom work at Flagstone Mortgage Co, number 832-603-3942, would lie and tell my on the phone that they have all the needed information, and will begin building. Then week after week I would get a phone call from both to tell me that they need me to get papers from the IRS, Did that. Ok, this is all needed, then call me to say I need either a letter from Social Security Admin. Stating my kids and I will get social security for a couple of years more. So I sent paperwork stating this, about 20 pages faxed to Arror, again this is all needed seller tell me.
Then Arror calls me to tell me days later he need doctors statements letting him know my kids and I will be disabled for life, and if I don't give him those letters he will deny me! Then he said his female boss said it is part of FHA law. Oh Davide told me when I asked him for the inventory home that is larger and will be thousands of dollars cheaper than the one he wants to build me, that he and Arror will not sell the cheaper home to me. I don't have a choice DAVIDE stated or can't change my mind, plus 6 people have inquired about that home, and no one has an application on it. But if him and Arror did sell me that inventory home (since your application is pending) I would get charged more then anyone else!
Is this not false advertisment to the fullest extent. Pride Builders and Flagstone need to know the under handed tricks going on in their companies. How many other individuals had to go through this mess. There is so much that I can bare plus Davide is in no shape to do any body wrong. And Arror only gives out his cell number, no other information. I have been ripped off before and credit messed up by a company employee that stated I was denied for service. Only to findout months later my credit was damaged, it took years to repair. Oh and they are withholding my earnest money. People I feel an Audit from the government is due to see if the bond money is being used correctly.
