Decent looking guy walks to door, and knocks saying he is from the neighborhood. Says he just got into journalism school in England, and was raising money for a book drive for local children's hospitals, son has autism. Also told me his grandma walks the dog and would say hi. Gave him check for $84. He even mentioned names of few neighbors which he probably chose at random because every street has one Alex or Robert. What got me suspicious was that he had said one of the neighbors is fine when in fact I heard from another neighbor an hour later that she has recently broken her leg.
