Checked my account balance and found that an electronic check was sent through to pay this company and tried to get my bank to handle it but claim denied because they said gave company my bank info but just realized that I got the company mixed up with another company that I did authorize to take a payment of 99.00. Now I have to start the process all over again to try and get my money which caused my account to go into the negative. Plus trying to get a hold of customer service is just ridiculous with the 3 hour time difference but I'm a pissed off consumer who is very persistant and one eay or another I will get my money back.
