This bank should be illegal

US Bank robs people. I checked my account yesterday before I left work and I clearly had money in my account. Also a check cleared yesterday leaving me with a positive balance. When I checked my account today I found that I was being charged an overdraft fee for this check that cleared yesterday. When I asked why the rude customer service person told me that two check card purchases were AUTHORIZED on my account that left my account in the negative so this caused my account to not have enough money in my account. When I told her that was impossible because I saw for myself the check cleared my account and I had a positive balance before I went to the store last night. She then tells me to take it up with the branch that I opened my account. But when I told her that I opened my account online she merely tells me there is nothing she can do. This bank ROBS people. If an authorization that hasnt even cleared your account yet authorizes and you dont have the money in your account they will charge you even if its just an authorization. This is a horrible bank.
