I purchased a car in 2010 and I sent the car back to the finance company because the car was sold with exsisting problems. There are numerous concerns about this deal. I asked the have asked the dealership to return my deposit because the car had problems that where expenive to repair. Plus they Fraudulently altered my credit application.
1. It's not my handwriting
2. I don't work for that company
plus, they used it as a primary job
3. It goes on my credit
4. My signature is not on there
Because of these in fractions do I have case for Credit
fraud?
Plus my down payment has not been refunded..
