Constant Harrassment!

I have also had nothing but problems since financing my car through Drive Financial. My credit was poor thanks to my ex-husband and a bankruptcy so when I bought my car Drive was the company the car dealership used to finance me. I purchased my car in Oct. 2004 and am STILL making payments on it. I owe more than if I had purchased the car outright thanks to high interest rates. I have asked them on more than one occassion if I could refinance it (since my credit is better now) and was told that "no they do not do that". I cannot get anyone to buy and/or take a trade in due to the amount I still owe and the number of miles.

Furthermore their customer service department is extremely lacking in customer service skills. They call my house, job, and cell phone at all hours as soon as my due date passes. They have threatened to come pick up the car and want me to verify the location at which the car is held. I have asked them numerous times to not call me at work, to which they pay no attention. They even send emails to my work and personal email address (of which I have no idea how they obtained them).

I would like anyone who is considering purchasing a vehicle to NOT use this company to finance because you will have nothing but problems in the future.
