Proform elliptical a lemon and service was worse

Within one year of purchase (Light use) the metal arm snapped in two - it took six months of back order for a replacement arrive. One month later, the identical part on the other side snapped in two in exactly the same place - guess what the part is back ordered and they want to charge me over $100 for the part.
Bad design, bad manufacturing, bad logistics and ineffectual customer service.
