Defective elliptical, parts on back order and return refused

Where do I began? Please if you are considering buying a NordicTrack E 9.0 elliptical stop right now. Don't throw away your money. Unfortunately I'm stuck with this elliptical and there is nothing I can do. This company is a scam and you won't know it until something goes wrong with you equipment, all my parts are on back order and every time I call in I get a different answer. Just last week the guy told me over the phone that my parts will arrive in a week. Today I spoke with Nelda 45 and she told me that it's on back order for several weeks and she refused to do a return, did i mention this is a brand new elliptical? It hasn't even been 5 months. Such a headache to deal with! My money is wasted and my time is gone, i hope someone else can benefit from this review.
