Prepaid $30 Refill Now Gives Only 184 Minutes Instead of Bonus

On Jan 11 I ordered $30.00 for my T Mobile prepaid cell phone. I asked the rep {from india] why and he said the $30.00 only gives me 184 minutes. When I went with T Mobile it was as 10 cents per minute. If i order $100.00 i get 1000 minutes plus some kind of bonus. If you look at my account you'll see various amounts credited to me at $30.00 plus bonus. Why now only 184 minutes and where did my money go and why the change in minutes? I think I'm being scammed.
