I am a current direct tv customer. I submitted my rebate and received a confirmation number. But i am still charged the wrong amount. I talked to a supervisor who was of no help. He kept saying there's nothing he can do about it, even when i have the date i submitted the rebate and confirmation number. Once my contract ends with these guys am going back to comcast. Atleast they treat customers with a little respect and seem to know what they are doing...
