Ignorance of service

Dear sir
i hav sony vio lap top & the upc fan was not working & also there was lining on the task bar. So i lodge a complaint on sony customer care, he provide me complaint i.D.
But when i sent it to the service center of sony, brs nagar, ludhaina, they told me to collect after three days, i asked them on phone when i hav to collect it that if u hav rectified the fan they told me yes but u can take it on the next day as its under testing but when i took it to home the fan was still in the same condition, they just ignore my cimplaint & wasted my valuable time, needs ur suggestion,
