52 Inch LCD TV Failed After Two Months, Repair Quoted $1900

We Purchased a Sony DVL-52V 52 LCD Flat Screen TV in September it stopped working in November. We found the local service company and determined the tube was defective and would cost $1900.00 to repair. We contacted Sony after the service company said there was nothing they could do. The TV had a 2 year warranty and Sony offered a new TV for the retail price. Stuff breaks from every manufacture, but it is how they stand behind it that counts. I own 4 Vizios and 1 LG. Buy anything but Sony.
