At&t u-verse
At&t u-verse does not know what they are doing

I have tried to get u-verse since 9/08 had a lazy tech come out to install was to be at my house at 10 am show up at 4:30 pm tries to talk me out of installing that day but i took the day off work so i said i want it installed so he drive to the box drive back and say's your to far. So i ask how come sales tells me i can get it. Then he says sale does not know what they're doing. So i just drop at that. Then 2 weeks later i see some one else getting that is farther so i try again. Told still to far so i drop again! Than 4 weeks ago both houses next door get installed!!! So i ask the tech that installed them she say's good signal the real kicker is they get they're line of the pole in my yard. Call at&t set up a case number again. Cal back because they will not! Im told that im to far 3700 feet but the houses next to me are 3000 feet away and one is behind my house and the other is farther down the line. Witch is 50 feet away how do i get 700 feet farther away and only 1 pole. Because they're going by what the first techs comments and i can't get them to change it even with both houses next to me that have it very poor communication!!! For a communication company dont you think.
