Georgia apologized for major wrong doing and fraud but havent fixed my account

Well, I got a call from their corporate investigation and fraud unit because of what this one branch did to me.
The guy from investigations said they are "on it" and will look to getting me compensated for their GIANT errors. Then the local Atlanta region manager called me about the location in Acworth, Ga and said he was so sorry and understood fully the situation. He said he was sorry about the time they wasted of mine, the lies I was told, the full day these people wasted of my accountant in NY and the scam they were trying to pull on me. He said it should have never happened. He also knew that they kept me up there intentionally to try and get more money and insurance out of me. He knew they made me lose a $5,500 sale at work because of all of this.
But when it came time for them to fix the error and erase this $3100 balance they had - he said they wont do that - they will just apologize. I got some real good info on this company and know a route to go that will make sure that everyone in the public can beware of them and also get out of being screwed over. Dont let them take advantage of you and try to put your family in the poor hourse. Their fraud department as well as customer servce department are very unhelpful when you have a complaint. They are being rude and short on the phone. If you ask for an executive or someone higher then them— they hang up on you. They are the biggest scam in the country.
