Ordered the $4.95 trial. Took a long time to get. Returned via US Post Office. Product never used. Tried to call to cancel but put on hold forever. Never answered. When the charge of $99.90 appeared on bill, I tried to call again. Same thing-put on hold and never answered. Tried to email to cancel. Went to another company who gave me a number to call. Called-a different co. This week I received another package which I refused and put back in the mail. Again, another charge of $99.90 on account. Bank not very helpful.
