Ordered trial sample of HCG Extreme and was charged $4.95 on 7/23. We never received the product. We called to cancel so we would not get charged the monthly fee and the person said that we should try the product before cancelling. We told them it was hard to try something we didn't have. They said they would send the sample to us right away, we are still waiting. We called agaiin to cancel after seeing that our account had been charged $77.41. They said they would have to track the package before they could authorize a refund. They claimed they would contact us in 2 business days. We have not heard from them and when we call customer service we are put on infinite hold and the recording told us we could leave a name, phone number and a brief message. We left 2 messages so far and have not had a return call.
