Placed an order for dvd's. Shipping charges for entire order was ten dollars. Each item in order shipped one item at a time over 30 days plus. Each item charged minimum shipping charge of 2.99 or more. So far shipping charges exceed over $30.00 and growing. Also was/is being charged for things that i did not order, but was told that i had ordered it/them and that i should pay for it/them. Calls to customer service was nothing but a run around, shifting from one person to another, but never reaching a solution to the problems.
